Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We recommend a paid sample before a bulk order. The quotation will state what the sample includes, the fee and the expected schedule.
What can be customized?
Depending on feasibility, projects may include colors, size, original styling, tags, message cards and packaging. Final options are confirmed during quotation and sampling.
How do I pay?
PayPal payment is available only after an agreed quotation or proforma invoice. Enter the exact USD amount shown on that document.
Is shipping included?
Not automatically. Shipping method, destination, duties and related charges are handled according to the issued quotation.
Can you copy a branded or viral character?
We do not present unlicensed character copying as a service. Please provide original work, authorized artwork or a clearly generic design direction.
Do the website images guarantee final specifications?
No. Website images are starting directions. Materials, dimensions, price, MOQ, lead time, compliance requirements and packaging remain subject to sample and supplier verification.
