A paid sample is used to evaluate an agreed direction. Bulk production should begin only after written approval of the applicable details. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing.
Payments
Use the PayPal payment page only after receiving an agreed quotation. Enter the exact amount stated in USD. A website payment does not replace the terms of the relevant quotation.
Shipping, duties and delays
Shipping scope, insurance, duties, taxes and delivery expectations follow the issued quotation. International transit and customs can be affected by events outside our control.
Sample credit
WELCOME5 is limited to one US$5 credit per business on its first paid sample quotation. It excludes shipping, wholesale deposits and balance payments, and is applied when the quotation is prepared.
Changes and governing documents
We may update these website terms as the business develops. If an issued quotation conflicts with general website content, the written quotation governs that specific project.
